Jan Seva Mandal, Ateli Mandi, District Mahendragarh (Haryana), is a trusted and respected social organization that has been serving society with dedication since 1996–1997. Founded with the mission to uplift vulnerable communities, promote education, support rehabilitation, and build social awareness, the organization has emerged as a pillar of hope for countless families.
Under the visionary leadership of its President, Mr. Pawan Kumar Bachhodia, Jan Seva Mandal has introduced several pioneering initiatives in the fields of social welfare, child development, disability rehabilitation, and educational reform.

Special Services for Disabled Children
Since 2012, the organization has been operating the J.M. Disabled Welfare Rehabilitation Center, Ateli (Haryana), dedicated to the holistic development of children with disabilities. The center offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic and educational services, including:

- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Behavior Modification & Counseling
- Early Intervention
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Training
- Parent Guidance & Counseling
The primary goal of the center is to empower children with disabilities, develop their potential, and integrate them into the mainstream, enabling them to lead independent and dignified lives.
Training & Development of Special Educators
To strengthen the field of disability rehabilitation, Jan Seva Mandal established the J. M. Rehabilitation and Research Center, Ateli Mandi in 2018. The center offers nationally recognized special educator training programs with the aim to:
- Prepare trained and qualified special education teachers
- Develop skilled human resources in disability education
- Promote research-driven rehabilitation practices
- Encourage inclusive education within the community
